Delivery and Charges:
- We will contact you within 3 working days upon receiving your order to arrange a delivery date and time.
- Please ensure that all the contact details provided are correct.
- For orders above SGD$40, there will not be any delivery charges in Jurong area only.
- For orders less than SGD$40, there will be a surcharge of $10 for Jurong areas and $10-25 per trip for other areas in Singapore.
- Self-Collection at Boon Lay MRT is free from any delivery charge for all order sizes.
Deposit and Payment:
- No deposit is required.
- Payment will be collected upon delivery of toy. [C.O.D]
Rental Period and Extension Of Rental Period:
- The rental period for each toy is 4 weeks beginning from the date of delivery.
- We will contact the hirer a few days before the rental period expires so as to give a gentle reminder and also to arrange for the collection time for the toy.
- However if hirer would like to extend the rental period, this is only possible if there is no other interested hirer on the waiting list.
Cleaning of toy:
- All our toys are cleaned with hot water and antibacterial soap.
- All our fabric toys are washed in a washing machine.
Batteries:
- Batteries are generally included.
- However for optimal performance of the toy, the batteries may have to be replaced.
Damage to Toys:
- Our rental toys are high quality products that are not easily susceptible to damage.
- Fair wear and tear due to normal usuage is acceptable when the toys are returned.
- If the toy happened to be damaged during the rental period, the retail price of the item will be borne by the hirer.
